Bathrooms, drawn before they're built.

Know the layout, the finishes and the price before demo day. One crew runs the whole remodel, from the subfloor to the last fixture.

Fixtures

Swatches show the idea, not exact colors. You see real samples at the consultation.

The decisions happen on paper, not in your torn-out bathroom.

Most remodels run long because choices get made after the walls are open: where the outlet goes, whether the tile you picked is in stock, what the plumber found. Each one stops the job.

We draw the layout, pick every finish with you and price it in writing before we take anything out. When demo day comes, the materials are ordered and the plan is set.

Plumbing and electrical are done by licensed plumbers and electricians we hire and manage, with permits where the work needs them. You deal with one company.

What we remodel

Showers, tubs and vanities.

Bathroom with a double vanity, freestanding tub and glass shower (design inspiration, not an Urban Edge job)Design inspiration, not our work

Full remodels

Showers, tubs and vanities, waterproofed behind the tile so the walls stay dry for decades.

Tub-to-shower swaps

Swapping a tub for a walk-in shower works in most bathrooms, since the drain is already in that corner.

Easier-to-use bathrooms

A shower you can walk into without a tall step, a comfort-height toilet, and good light.

What's under the finish

Subfloor to tile.

You'll see the tile and the vanity every day. These are the layers that decide how long they last.

  3. 3WaterproofingBehind the tile in the shower, so the walls stay dry for decades.
  4. 4TileSet after the waterproofing cures, with clean cuts at every corner and fixture.
  5. 5Vanity and fixturesSet level and fastened to the studs, then every fixture checked.

Questions

What people ask first.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

A full bathroom remodel usually takes 3 to 5 weeks on site once work starts, plus time before that for design, ordering and any permit. Why it takes that long.

Can you swap my tub for a shower?

Usually, yes. A tub-to-shower swap works in most bathrooms, since the drain is already in that corner.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical?

We manage it. The work itself is done by licensed plumbers and electricians, with permits where needed, on our schedule and under our contract.

Can I supply my own vanity and fixtures?

Yes. You can supply your own cabinets, tile and fixtures, and we install them. Our warranty covers the installation; the maker's warranty covers the item. How it works best.
